* One time clean: Most persons wanting this kind of clean have not bothered having their windows cleaned for a long long time (six month or longer). Possibly the house is rented and now they are moving out. Suddenly with only on week to go they want the windows cleaned. The renting agency will charge them for unclean windows anywhere from £20-£50. If you prefer to pay an hourly rate, we charge £25 p.p.p.h.
